Each TalkSwitch system includes built-in voicemail, auto attendants, caller display, music on hold, and an exciting set of features designed for small business.

Analogue and VoIP

TalkSwitch has built-in analogue telephone lines (FXO), analogue extension (FXS) ports, and IP extensions for your office LAN. Add the VoIP networking option to use IP extensions over the Internet, to connect to VoIP service providers, or for multi-branch networking.

Easy to Order

TalkSwitch comes in a range of easy-to-order configurations, with a range of analogue line and extension ports, plus optional VoIP capabilities. Each TalkSwitch supports 16 extensions, including up to 16 IP extensions; and 120 minutes of voicemail capacity.

TalkSwitch "-UK" models are CE marked, RoHS compliant, and intended for use in UK and Ireland only.

Configuration software: Windows Vista (32 bit) or Windows XP or Windows 2000 and minimum 256MB RAM, 160MB hard disk space and 800x600 screen resolution.

VoIP operation: Broadband Internet connection is required at each location. Broadband router/gateways must support Port Forwarding (aka Pin Holing), and support for UPnP is recommended. A fixed public IP address is recommended for a Multi-branch registrar site, and remote IP extensions deployed over the Internet. A service registration or subscription will be required to use the services of a VoIP Internet telephony service provider. See our list of select VoIP service partners.

Wiring: In some cases building wiring may be required. Please consult your Authorized TalkSwitch Reseller for professional installation services in your area. In some situations telephone line adaptors may be required to connect between some types of telephone sets and the TalkSwitch.

Telephone company services:
Some telephone company services can enhance the operation of your TalkSwitch: Caller Display is recommended but not required.
Distinctive Ringing services (Multiple Number Service, My-Ring, Duet) are supported by TalkSwitch.
Hunt Group/Busy Forwarding is recommended if you have more than one telephone line connected to TalkSwitch.
Telephone Company Voicemail allows a caller to leave a message even if all lines are busy.
Call Waiting and features resulting in a Call Back are not recommended.

3-Way Conference Call allows incoming calls to use the same line when bridging a call through DISA or routing it to a Remote Extension.
